Very good 1st visit. Dr Capelli was very thorough on her examination of my Shiba puppy. Explained in detail all vaccines and medications. Dr Capelli gets 5 stars but I cannot give 5 Stars overall because of the high cost of Vetinerian Services here and at all Vetinerians in this area.

I actually love love coming to this veterinary clinic. I think they are so helpful. Today I had my first ill experience. If you happen to come across Dr. Hayworth as your doctor run immediately. No one wants a doctor with a God complex and the ability to not let you talk about your pet or have time for you. We don’t go to vets to be talked down to we don’t go to vets to be belittled. We go to vets because they’re the experts, and we love our little furry friends. Dr. Hayworth should retire.

I have two dogs and have been going to Heights Vet for over 10 years. I have been going for their high-quality service and the compassion and sensitivity of Jennifer and Dr. Capelli. Recently, however, the customer service has deteriorated markedly. Last year, one of my dogs had a severe cold, and Dr. Capelli made sure I could see her on a very late afternoon of a holiday weekend. This year, a different dog sustained minor eye irritation, and I called them distressed. First, they told me I had to go to a different clinic. (This is the third time I've called and been turned away to go to a different clinic.) Then they told me I could come in, but Dr. Snarski said it would be considered an urgent appointment, so I had to pay $216 for the exam, not including the required eye drops (Total $362). It was disappointing to learn that this veterinary practice, where my dogs go from puppies to seniors, no longer prioritizes the small community it serves. I have included a screenshot of the $13,103.74 I have paid for dog visits over the last five years when I have used Apple Pay. This does not include the times I have used my credit card.

I've brought both my cats here for treatment and to get their nails done. The staff is super friendly and very empathetic to me and my concerns. I highly recommend this place if you have a pet. I also suggest getting pet insurance and a Care Card for surprise sicknesses. Now a days having this is the best protection against any pop up issues. These are important regardless of where you go.
